The location in the center of the Berkshires was absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions and activities in the area. I was impressed by the welcoming and attentive staff from the moment I arrived. The service provided by every staff member who worked there was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. From the comfortable bed to the well-equipped amenities, everything was of impeccable quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and had an excellent customer service attitude. The Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet offered great food, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub before the meal. The lounge was a cozy spot to watch football on a snowy Thanksgiving Day. The location of the hotel was convenient, right in the center of the city and in front of the roundabout where the city puts up a Christmas tree in the winter time.

The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the lovely mountain view during dinner at the restaurant. The location was perfect, with easy access to a nice walking area of the town and plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. We were also pleased to find USB charging ports in the room.

The hotel offered modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds, and the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. the common areas were nice and cool for relaxation, and there was a convenient walking area nearby. the hotel also had free parking, which was a bonus.

The parking fee was unexpected and seemed unnecessary for the location. the breakfast buffet was quite expensive and there was no option for ordering from a menu.
