The property is beautifully landscaped with a stunning sand lot and palm trees. The yurt was comfortable and had a cozy atmosphere. The battery lamp with charger and extra blanket were thoughtful additions. The full moon and night sky views were spectacular. Convenient location, just a mile from Route 62 and close to Joshua Tree National Park.

I had a blast hiking and cycling around, the rooftop terrace and conference center were a nice touch. The pool was great, I loved sharing it with all the other guests in my party.

The hot tub, kitchenware, and flat-screen TV were fantastic, but who needs WiFi and free parking anyway?

We stayed in the container home which was clean and had everything we needed, including internet, a full bathroom, and a rooftop with stunning sunset views. The hosts, Luke and Ryan, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel like friends. We felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks such as an overpowering eucalyptus smell and a small pool, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend Castle House Estate for a unique and memorable stay in the desert.

We had such a wonderful stay at this unique guard tower near Joshua Tree. the location was incredibly convenient, and we loved the romantic and cosy atmosphere, especially while watching the sunset and stargazing at night. the luxurious bedding made our stay even more comfortable, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to our request for firewood. Although there was an additional charge for firewood bundles, using the firepit added a special touch to our experience.

I had the most incredible stay in the unique container home, complete with a private shower/bathroom, and the decor was absolutely charming. I loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, making sure my stay was comfortable. The clean bathrooms and amenities provided added to the overall exceptional experience.

Some late-night party noise from nearby, but that was beyond the control of the hosts.
