Great stay near the airport

I loved this place! The staff were super nice and went out of their way to help, especially with my smartwatch issue. The fish and chips in the dining room were next level—had to order them twice! Room was comfy, and the shuttle service was spot on. Just wish breakfast was included, though.

The hotel location is great and the food was good.

Parking should be cheaper for hotel guests. The shuttle pick-up took too long, and the driver missed me the first time.

The room was comfortable with fabulous bedding. The bathroom had a real glass-door shower and nice bath products. Towels were large and soft. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. Free shuttle to the airport.

The hotel had a convenient location, within walking distance to the airport and restaurants. the lobby and restaurant were clean and modern, with great decor. the staff for the most part were friendly and welcoming. the hotel's double glazing was effective in blocking out noise from planes and the highway, despite being close to the airport.

The room was on the smaller side and had a musty smell, possibly from old cigarettes. the room windows were unable to open, which made it difficult to get rid of the smell.

The breakfast options at the hotel were fantastic, with a variety of choices to suit everyone's preferences. the room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.

One major downside of the hotel was the lack of a shuttle bus to the car rental return facility, which was just a short five-minute drive away. This inconvenience meant that after returning a car, guests had to take the standard rental car/airport shuttle and then transfer to the hotel shuttle, adding up to 30 minutes to the process.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for its close proximity to the airport and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and room attendants, were all incredibly helpful and accommodating. The amenities in the room and public restrooms were a nice touch, including hand salts and essential oil sleep packets. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The free shuttle service to the airport was a great bonus, running every 20 minutes. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were hospitable. Malou at the front desk was especially helpful in showing us the best way to navigate the city in the short time we had. it was an extremely pleasant stay.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the restaurant staff at Crowne Plaza. They went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, even providing special foods for my husband who was recovering from food poisoning. The food itself was delicious, especially the recommended salmon and clam chowder. Additionally, the reception staff were also incredibly attentive and the modern furniture and bathroom facilities added to the overall comfort of the stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport for a quick overnight stop. The location of Crowne Plaza was perfect as it was very close to the airport and they had regular shuttle service available every 20 minutes. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though I arrived early in the morning, they allowed me to check in at 8:30am, which was such a relief. The room itself was extremely comfortable, with a fantastic bed and top-notch amenities. The shower was great too. I also loved the convenience of having a Starbucks coffee/tea machine in the lobby. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. it was a great stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to Seattle airport and had a great experience. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the terminal building. This made it incredibly convenient for catching my early morning flight without any stress. Additionally, the hotel offered a 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport, ensuring that I could easily access the hotel no matter what time my flight arrived or departed.

The only minor improvement I can think of is providing more breakfast choices. Other than that, everything was okay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Crowne Plaza in SeaTac. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the North terminal, making it easy to catch my flight. The restaurant exceeded my expectations, with an excellent chef and delicious dishes like the Greek salad and smoked salmon chowder. I had a pleasant experience for a reasonable price, and it was a great choice for an early flight prep.
