The room we stayed in was a 2-room suite at the Inn at The Mountain and it was recently remodeled. It was extremely nice and spacious, perfect for our family. The new Murphy bed was a great addition, much better than the typical pullout couch.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was wonderful. We couldn't find any faults or areas for improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impressive. We also appreciated the convenient parking available. The hotel's transportation services, including shuttles, were a great help, especially since my husband had a broken foot. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel in the Totem area is convenient, as it is close to many other spectacular northern Michigan attractions. The room, although small, is modern and clean. The bathroom has heated floors and towel racks, providing a luxurious touch. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is delicious and there are additional dining options available. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub area. The hotel provides a beautiful setting with a welcoming atmosphere.

Great value for money with many activities close by, especially in the winter for skiing! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable kingsize beds and a bigger kitchen than expected. Loved the view of the slopes and there was something for every level of skier. The breakfast was tasty and kept us full for our busy days exploring the area.

A Winter Wonderland at Crystal Mountain! We arrived on a Saturday and everything was ready for us, from lift tickets to keys. The room was clean and comfortable, with in-room coffee provided. The next day, we hit the slopes again and had a blast. The electric vehicle charging area nearby was a convenient bonus. I highly recommend this resort for a fun-filled family vacation.

The property was great! The location was perfect, with convenient access to ski lifts and other amenities. The room at the Hamlet was big and clean, with a fantastic view of the slopes. The mini kitchenette in the room was very convenient for our family. The on-site outdoor pool was a hit with our kids. We also enjoyed the alpine slide and archery activities.

One thing I disliked was that there was limited diversity among guests. As a mixed race family, we felt uncomfortable and received unwanted attention from other guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during the Thanksgiving weekend with my family. The hotel had so much to offer, from ice skating to sitting with Santa and enjoying bonfires. The rooms were clean and pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The location was also great, with easy access to other attractions in northern Michigan. We particularly enjoyed our time at the Cabbage Shed in Elberta. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast lacked simple coffee and muffin options. The bistro served amazing subs. Wintergreen condo exceeded expectations. Friendly staff at front desk were very helpful. The employees, especially Logan, showed great interest in ensuring kids had fun.

The room was perfect for a family of 4 with a great view of the slopes. It was very clean with a convenient mini kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal for a ski vacation. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the ski locker and lifts. Great customer service and quick check-in.
