The Cypress Pointe Resort was a pleasant stay with spacious suites, a great aircon, and regular room servicing. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The property's subtropical setting created a relaxing atmosphere, and the outdoor pool with waterslides was a hit for both kids and adults.

The room was in need of an update, and upon arrival, I noticed the shower was not clean, and there was dust on the counters.

We had a wonderful family stay for 5 nights. The kids loved the pool and the location was perfect. The two room suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff quickly fulfilled our requests for extra linens and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the master bathroom had the best showerhead in the world. The resort had three pools, a hot tub, and mini golf at the sister property. The on-site restaurant served delicious pizza. We'll definitely stay here again!

The two-room suite was perfect for our family of five, with plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. The pool area was amazing, and our kids loved spending time there. The location was also ideal, with Disney Springs and the Disney Parks nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the resort was well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of having a cafe/store on the property and enjoyed the variety of activities offered, including the Glow Party at the Volcano Pool. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a really great time on our romantic escape! the resort had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff were always available to assist us with any questions or concerns. And the location couldn't have been better - it was close to all the attractions and shopping centers we wanted to visit.

We were disappointed with the noise level at the resort. the walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbor's alarm clock go off in the morning, and the noise from the hallway and stairs was quite disruptive.

I recently stayed at a resort in Orlando and had a wonderful experience. The spacious and well-furnished condos were perfect for my family. We loved having the option to rent the whole condo, which comfortably slept 8 people. The amenities, including pools, mini golf, and a cafe, were fantastic. Plus, we were able to use the amenities at the sister resort as well.

Our xmas stay was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary hot chocolate and cookies, which made us feel at home. the location was perfect as it was close to our favorite shopping mall and the famous theme park. We also enjoyed the quietness of our room, allowing us to rest after a busy day exploring.

The bathroom was a bit small and cramped for our liking, and the towels could have been softer. However, overall, we had a memorable xmas stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

We stayed at Cypress Pointe for a week for a family vacation. The location to the Disney parks is great and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were remodeled to a 90s era and the garden tub was a nice touch for a couples getaway. The resort has a sister property across the street and guests can use its facilities. The staff were friendly and the check-in/out process was quick. The 2-bedroom unit was spacious and had a full kitchen stocked with all the basics. The on-site deli was convenient and had a good variety. A comfortable place to return to after a day at the parks.

I stayed at this hotel during my Disney vacation and it was absolutely perfect. The location of this hotel is amazing, so close to all the parks you want to get to. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was great, with air conditioning that actually worked on the lower floors. We also enjoyed breakfast at the cafe onsite, which was a nice added bonus.
