I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a convenient parking garage right across the street. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance to everything I wanted to do on the Penn State campus and other area attractions. Additionally, there were plenty of local outdoor bars and the commercial district of this city nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Great location for everything in town and the Arts Festival. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown area. Close enough to walk to campus also. Parking garage is right across the street for a $10 fee for the length of your stay.

Parking is awful, especially in downtown. the fear of always thinking it'll be towed wasn't pleasant.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a few days during my visit to the area. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the breakfast options were tasty. Checking in was a breeze, and despite limited parking, the garage across the street was convenient. I also enjoyed dining at the Federal Tap Room and the added convenience of having a Target in the building.

My stay at Hyatt Place was enjoyable, but there was one issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. The toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing.

For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal. The rooms are spacious and come with a comfortable, large sofa bed for 2 people to sleep on. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide excellent service. The breakfast included is also a definite bonus and offers a good selection of food to start your day. Plus, the hotel is located in a very safe area.

Our room was located on a low floor and the view was completely blocked by some sort of machinery. the air conditioning was very noisy and difficult to control.
