Our recent stay at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa was a peaceful retreat in the beautiful Georgia mountains. The dining room offered delicious food with options for everyone. The lobby was a stunning space to relax and spend quality time with loved ones. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with a particularly well-maintained bathroom. Although we had to ask for water bottles at the front desk, it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Nothing could have been better.

As foreign tourists, we loved the tranquil and secluded location with stunning views of the Smokey Mountains. The resort had a rustic feel and offered a variety of amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a good bar with reasonably priced food, and a comfortable dining room with delicious food choices. The staff, especially Brett, were friendly and engaging, making us feel right at home. Parking was easy and plentiful, and we found the lodge to be comfortable with its cozy couches and chairs by a beautiful fire.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional - they were friendly, hospitable, and eager to meet my needs. The atmosphere of the location was amazing, thanks to the stunning massive fireplace and the beautiful mountain setting. The grounds were well landscaped and blended perfectly with the natural surroundings. The bar had good food at reasonable prices and the parking was easy and plentiful.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to open the shop for us when it was closed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good selection of items.

The setting of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by mountains and with beautiful views, it provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere. the food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that our stay was enjoyable.

One downside was that our room had a view of trees at the back, instead of the stunning views across the golf course. It would have been worth paying extra for a room with a better view.

From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The lodge area with its cozy fire and delicious drinks and appetizers was a perfect spot to unwind. The swimming pool and hot tub were an added bonus, providing a refreshing way to cool off and relax. We also enjoyed horseback riding through the picturesque woods. The hotel amenities, including the rocking chairs, golf course, and fitness facility, were top notch. Special mention goes to Carol in reservations and Ryan at the front desk, who provided exceptional attention to detail and made our stay even more memorable. Celebrating my Mom's 90th birthday at this resort was truly special, and the ADA rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. Lastly, the spa experience was sublime, with the Cherokee rituals leaving me in a state of pure bliss. The spa cuisine and smoothies were excellent, and overall, the value for money was exceptional. We can't wait to return to this resort for another unforgettable stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, this resort hosts amazing conferences on the weekends that offer breathtaking views and an escape from the hustle and bustle. The quaint lobby is welcoming and most of the staff are pleasant. The clean rooms with average amenities offer a nice retreat.

The added service fees and taxes, along with the mediocre accommodations, make it an overpriced stay.
