My recent stay at Holiday Inn in Lancaster was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room and lobby were well-maintained and had a great appearance. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to trendy bars and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking options nearby, which saved me money. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Holiday Inn for anyone visiting Lancaster.

We had a great weekend stay at a hotel near the popular Roots & Blues Festival in Lancaster. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. We did have a slight issue with noise from the elevators and guests in the hallway, but the front desk quickly addressed our concerns and moved us to a quieter room on a different floor. The hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the music venues and restaurants. They also offered a continental breakfast and complimentary coffee throughout the day. We can see that the hotel is relatively new and undergoing expansion, which shows their commitment to improving their services and accommodations. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff, convenient location, and enjoyable stay.

My family and I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Lancaster for a vacation. The staff, including Mr. Luis, Ms. Shonae, and Mr. Wesley, provided phenomenal and exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and safe. The hotel restaurant served an excellent breakfast and the freshest salad I've ever had. Our recently renovated room was spacious, comfortable, and had a huge bath and shower. The suite layout provided nice privacy and the hotel amenities, such as the pool and laundry room, were conveniently located on the same floor.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, surrounded by charming brownstones and with easy access to parking garages. The lobby was stunning and the rooms clean and updated. The staff, especially Tyler, was extremely professional and made check-in a breeze. Extra pillows were provided upon request, and the comfortable beds and clean sheets ensured a good night's sleep. The parking validation was a bonus, and although we didn't eat at the restaurant, it was open during certain times and days.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. They provided us with useful tourist information and even went above and beyond to help me when I locked myself out of my car. the rooms were comfortable, with very nice beds, and the TV was a great size. the included breakfast was more than enough to start the day, with a variety of options like fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins.

There were a few things that could be improved upon. the housekeeping service was not great, as there were some areas in the room that were not properly cleaned and the floors were not swept during our stay.

The room had a mix-up, but staff quickly upgraded without delay. Clean rooms and friendly staff provided dog treats. Good breakfast options and all-day coffee. Complimentary car park voucher nearby allows for easy access to restaurants.
