This place suits me perfectly with its Wi-Fi, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find delicious food, and Ty was especially memorable for his friendly service. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Rooms were super clean and had these amazing Bath and Body Works toiletries! The staff were so friendly, even offered to cut my bill when I had a problem with the Kerig. Plus, the pool area was just a jol, loved chilling there after a long day!

But, man, the beds were a bit hard – not the best for a good night’s sleep.

Location is awesome with tons of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was super friendly, and they made me feel right at home. Breakfast was okay, with decent options like muffins and fruit.

The heating in my room was a bit off, making it chilly at times. Also, the communication when I needed extra towels could’ve been better.

my stay was simply underwhelming. the bathroom shower wasn’t even cleaned properly, and the door handle fell off! why wasn’t I offered a room upgrade for these inconveniences? & service was painfully slow. just wanted to enjoy my time. honestly, I almost wrote a better review but just couldn't. shocked at how I was treated here.

Checked in after a long day and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. The Imperial Bar had great food, but the parking garage created a bit of hassle, as our access code was problematic. Overall, the clean room and attentive service made it a worthwhile experience.

Our family enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for our two teenagers. We also took a fun day trip on the Strasburg Rail Road, giving the kids a chance to ride a real steam engine and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lancaster County.

My kids wished for better soundproofing in our room due to noise from events. It made it tough for them to settle down after a long day.

had a great time at this hotel, the indoor pool was super clean and cozy. the staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions. loved that our room had nice bath and body works stuff, totally a plus! the location in downtown lancaster was perfect for exploring the area. even with a graduating class around, it was still chill and enjoyable.

but the beds were kinda hard and not comfy at all. Parking was a huge hassle in the garage next door.

the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. they made an effort to greet us and our dog each day. housekeepers kept everything spotless, and the lounge area was inviting for drinks, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

the parking situation could use some clarity. and the elevators were a bit slow.
