We stayed at Onyx Downtown for an event at TD Garden. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean. The hotel had tasteful and practical decor. Though we had a minor issue with the air-conditioning, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and the internet worked well. The hotel provided pet amenities and went above and beyond in taking care of our needs. The bed was comfy, and the front desk and valet staff were efficient and polite. we felt like VIPs during our stay.
