I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown/Convention Center for a weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and quiet rooms. The staff were professional and the queen rooms were equipped with a microwave and fridge. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Broadway and other attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Music Center. The valet parking attendants were prompt and friendly, providing helpful tips for exploring the area. Even though our room didn't have a city view, the evening views of the lit up bridges and morning sunrise were delightful.

Our stay at Hilton Garden was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. The rooftop pool, although small, was a blast. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio area and the fitness center was great too. The room was clean and comfortable, except for a slightly worn mattress. The hotel was spotless everywhere, except for some dust in the HVAC unit. The valet parking was convenient and the valet attendants were friendly and efficient.

The staff, cleanliness, location, rooftop pool, and spacious rooms were all great at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the issue we had was resolved excellently.

Attending a conference at Omni, I stayed at Hilton Garden for a few nights. The staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently close. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless. Perfectly located to explore nearby attractions.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic: situated in the heart of downtown, it was within walking distance to nearly everything! We loved how close it was to many SEC sports venues and the Music City Center convention hall. Additionally, the service was top-notch, with friendly staff and a welcome drink upon arrival. We were impressed with the room amenities, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace was a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend this place to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was close to downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel was very clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Transportation options were convenient and affordable, with cheap taxi and golf cart rides available to and from the hotel for under $10. The outdoor pool area was great, and we enjoyed our spacious and clean room.

Absolutely nothing.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the towels were of high quality, which was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the great view of the river and football stadium from my 10th-floor room. The customer service at the front desk was excellent and I even received drink vouchers. Additionally, the room was very clean and everything was of high quality.

This hotel is in the perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from Broadway. It is brand new, so everything is clean and in great condition. The beds are very comfortable and the room feels spacious. There are lots of mirrors and plug-ins. The pool area is amazing and they have flavored water at reception. It is definitely the best value for money.

The staff were polite and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for visiting the bars on Broadway. The rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning. Despite some minor teething issues, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a very important area for SEC sports and within walking distance to nearly everything in downtown, making it a great value for money. The staff is attentive to detail and provides basic amenities like comfortable beds, walk-in shower, hand-held shower and rooms with a great view. The breakfast was included which was pleasant since it helped in keeping the prices reasonable.

No negative aspects to mention, all was ok.
