My recent stay at Delano Homestead Bed And Breakfast was absolutely charming. The decor was lovely, and the neighborhood was beautiful with stunning buildings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were period-style with beautiful furnishings. The high beds were a bit tricky to get on, but the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was nice, and I loved the soaps and shampoo provided. I highly recommend this historical B&B. You will not be disappointed.

What a delightful surprise we had during our stay at the Delano Homestead ! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere. The beautifully-restored historic house, nestled on a quiet street, provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Our spacious bedroom with high ceilings and a large adjoining bath added a touch of luxury to our stay. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating innkeeper, who made us feel right at home. The 24/7 kitchen access for tea and snacks was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the elegant dining room and parlor, complete with interesting books to peruse. Plus, the convenient location near I-195 made it the perfect restful stop before our journey to Cape Cod. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, thanks to the excellent cooking skills of Liz. We were full until the afternoon, and the fresh fruit was a delightful addition. We especially loved the quietness of the place, which made it a truly relaxing vacation spot. The booklet in the room with suggestions of places to visit and dine was incredibly helpful and added value to our stay. we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning to the Delano Homestead . Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in a historic neighborhood. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk down to the ocean and the local museum. The neighborhood itself was very quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a fully renovated bathroom. The innkeeper was incredibly nice and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. The view from the big windows in the room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful yard.

The only downside I found was that there was no fridge in the room, but they allowed us to use the fridge in the kitchen.

The breakfast had a good variety and the hosts were pleasant enough. The surroundings were quite quaint, and the nearby attractions were a plus.

The room was small with old furnishings and there were a lot of mosquitoes. There was also a lack of privacy as the walls were quite thin, and the bathroom was shared.
