This hotel was the perfect choice for our quiet getaway. Despite the inconveniences of no ice and a clogged shower, the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center provided a comfortable and safe experience. The staff was apologetic and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms were clean, had awesome showers, and had nice lighting. The location was convenient, and the front desk staff during the day was extremely helpful and sweet.

The unpleasant night desk worker who made me feel uncomfortable.

The staff at Marriott were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. One particular staff member even helped us find a solution when we encountered an issue with our room. The room itself was spacious and had a great view. The breakfast provided was delicious and we enjoyed the convenience of being close to a shopping center. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Allen for a weekend getaway. The location was convenient, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the daytime front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The view from my room was lovely, and being close to the shopping center was a bonus. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and made me feel welcomed and acknowledged.

Despite a few hiccups, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The hotel was clean and the showers were awesome. The lighting in the rooms was also really nice, adding to the overall pleasant experience. one of the best hotels I've stayed at!

The housekeeping service didn't meet my expectations due to clashes in timing. Additionally, there were some issues with cleanliness, such as finding food inside the sofa bed and encountering ants in the room.

The showers in our room were fantastic, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness throughout the hotel and found the lighting in the rooms to be quite pleasant. one of the best hotels we have stayed at!

We did encounter an issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity as the network was already on our laptop from a previous visit. Despite trying to forget the network, we couldn't get the browser to launch upon connection.
