Impressive breakfast with varied options.

During my stay, I was frustrated by the elevator situation. with only three elevators and one out of service, I often found myself waiting for long periods, especially during busy times. This was particularly challenging while traveling with my family and multiple bags. On one occasion, we opted to take the stairs after waiting too long, which was inconvenient considering we were on the 8th floor.

The complimentary social hour offered a delightful atmosphere to unwind and meet guests, while the proximity to the subway made our explorations seamless. However, the frosted glass bathroom door was quite uncomfortable.

delta is located close to all the major sites, making it super convenient. the staff here really made our stay special, especially the lady at the reception who helped us with our taxi arrangements. plus, i loved using the 24-hour fitness center with its cybex equipment and personal TVs.

Plus, I had to endure the humiliation of an inadequate shower with no curtain! I almost wrote a compliment but then realized I woudl ve been happier with some preferred treatment instead.

The hotel offered a great experience during my stay. Breakfast was impressive with a variety of options. The cleaning staff was attentive, keeping everything spotless. I appreciated the quick response from maintenance when a lightbulb needed fixing. I also enjoyed the kitchenette in the room, which made me feel more at home during my time in the busy city. Being from Rome, I appreciated the blend of urban vibe with traditional touches.

The hotel's location was perfect for our family, with spacious rooms that made staying with our three young kids comfortable. We loved being just a quick walk away from Times Square, and the complimentary breakfast options really helped kick off our busy days in the city.

The room was gorgeous and modern with a lovely city view and plenty of cozy feather pillows to sink into. I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area and catching a game in the cozy TV room after a long day out. The only downside was some noise from the street that was a bit distracting at night, but nothing that ruined my experience. 😊

Had a fantastic experience on the top floors. The view from my room was breathtaking, and every morning I made coffee with the percolator while enjoying it. Clean room, and you won't find a more comfortable bed. Plus, the breakfast was pretty darn good, I often brought it back to my room to savor it in peace. Seriously, considering the restaurant options around, I dined on 9th and 10th avenues quite a few times, all authentic meals, nothing wasted on gimmicks.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from major attractions, and the spacious room exceeded expectations for a city hotel. I appreciated the full-size toiletries and a bathtub, and the coffee machine added a nice touch for morning refreshment. However, I encountered several issues, including inconsistent towel service and a clogged toilet that required attention. These problems detracted from the overall experience, making it less enjoyable than it could have been.

the location is super convenient, right near times square and attractions. staff were friendly and helpful every time we asked for stuff. loved having a mini kitchen in the room, made it easier to snack and chill after a long day. the free breakfast had a good variety, especially the hot foods which were nice for filling up before exploring. the lounge area was cool to unwind after running around the city.

my stay was made special by the friendly reception staff who were always ready to help, and it was an easy walk to both the iconic Empire State Building and Central Park, making my weekend exploring the city unforgettable.
