The decor of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful furnishings and a spotless presentation throughout. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing great service during our stay. One of the best aspects was the location, with easy access to the river walk and a variety of dining options nearby.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. Firstly, the hotel seemed to be understaffed, which resulted in delays during check-in and difficulties with room service and valet. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as the maids did not provide fresh towels and there were issues with a leaky shower door. Lastly, the pricing of the hotel was on the higher side, considering the lack of basic hotel services and amenities provided.

The room we stayed in had a beautiful private balcony, providing a great view. The hotel has a luxurious atmosphere with marble and dark wood decor, and the service was fantastic throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the exotic fruit selection in our room. The location right on the riverwalk was perfect. The Ostra restaurant had delicious food and we enjoyed our meals there. I highly recommend this hotel.

Dealing with the payment process for our conference was a hassle, as it took a long time to reconcile charges and there were issues with using certain cards. It would have been better if this process had been smoother.

My recent stay at this beautiful hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location was perfect, right on the river walk with access to all the luxuries you’d expect at a fantastic rate. The restaurant was lovely, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. My room was spacious, with a huge bathroom and wonderful amenities like bathrobes and slippers. The spa was one of the best I’ve seen, with great facilities like a sauna and whirlpool. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views.

The view from my room wasn't the best - on an active area of the Riverwalk that was busy but not crazy, yet the room was a bit noisy because of it.

We recently stayed at Mokara Hotel & Spa for our anniversary and it was an incredible experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Despite being located on the riverwalk, it was surprisingly quiet. As a special touch for our anniversary, they upgraded us to a room with a river view and even provided a complimentary bottle of champagne and delicious chocolate-covered strawberries.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub with a light bar. The whirlpool tub in the room was also a nice touch. The location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk in a busy but not overwhelming area. The staff were eager to help with everything, from assisting with car clean-up to providing warm cookies and milk for my kids.

Great stay, very helpful staff, excellent location near shopping and dining. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and we appreciated the complementary shuttle service to nearby attractions. The restaurant was also a nice surprise, with delicious food and great service. The room had some nice extras, like a mini-bar stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks, and luxurious bath amenities.

The room was a bit too small for our liking, and it could have used some updating. Also, the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Attentive staff helped with car and bags. Large, beautiful room with top quality beds and linens. Warm cookies and milk for kids. Perfect location, not loud. Awesome experience.

The valet parking was a bit expensive, but the car attendants were extremely helpful and courteous. They even helped me clean up my car after my kids got car sick on the way there. The beds were top quality, and the warm cookies and milk for the kids were a lovely touch. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

As a light sleeper, I was impressed with the quietness of the hotel. The Riverwalk view was perfect and the location was central.

We loved being able to walk along the river and explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at this place were all very welcoming and showed true Texas hospitality throughout our stay.
