The Hyatt Place San Antonio Northwest/Medical Center offers a great location, being close to the University of Texas Health Science Center, which was convenient for our visit. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the newly renovated decor was modern and comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We had some issues with housekeeping, with a dirty bathroom and a strong smell of mildew.

I keep coming back to the wonderful place where the staff helped me find my lost sim cards. It suits me perfectly, offering all I need from Wi-Fi to a fitness center. With its great amenities, I'm definitely returning for holidays.

The manager even kindly offered me his umbrella when it was raining. The location was also excellent, being conveniently close to the airport, the main sleeping area, and the popular La Cantera shopping center. Additionally, there were numerous restaurants in the area, making dining options plentiful.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a few nights while visiting the area. The location was convenient and close to Fiesta Texas. The room was clean and comfortable, with an added bonus of being able to purchase beer and wine downstairs. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even providing us with a free dinner to make up for any inconveniences. The breakfast, although grab and go, was enjoyable, and it was nice to have a designated dining area to eat.

The room was awesome - we had a blast hooking up our laptops to the huge flat-screen HDTV to watch our crazy videos and play games with loud music going. It was lit! Plus, the location was clutch for hitting up all the dope spots in San Antonio like the bars on the River Walk and the happening nightlife at Market Square.

If only they had a pool or a chill lounge space to kick it with the crew after a wild night out. That would've leveled up the whole vibe!

Located in a good, quiet area with easy access to the highway. Room had new sheets and a well-functioning air-condition. The hotel offers a nice view and has basic amenities. Breakfast may not be included, but it offers a fast bite for those on the go.

I stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend getaway with my family. Our room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. After a long day at Six Flags, it was a relief to come back to a warm room and friendly staff. The checkout process was easy, and as a Hyatt Rewards member, I earned points for my stay. The breakfast options were great, especially for someone like me who is lactose sensitive. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place hotels in most major cities.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides 2254 square feet of space consisting of conference space and meeting rooms. The 24-hour business center was convenient for my work needs, and the express check-out made my departure hassle-free. Complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a nice touch.

I wished for an on-site printer and fax machine to streamline my work tasks even further.

The room was not vacuumed thoroughly every day, and there were some cleanliness issues such as handprints and dirt in the bathroom. the limited TV channels, with only a few in English, were also disappointing.

Our family had a blast enjoying the large 42-inch flat screen HDTV in our room at the hotel. The unique plug & play panel made it super easy to connect our devices and enjoy movies together. The kids especially loved being able to hook up their gaming systems for some downtime fun.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could have offered a more varied breakfast menu to cater to different dietary preferences. For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly options available to make the stay even more family-oriented.
