I recently stayed at the Desoto Beach Hotel for a weekend getaway. The location along the beach was perfect, although the weather was a bit chilly. The property was well maintained, and I appreciated the small refrigerator and freezer in the room. Having a table and chairs at the beach was a nice touch, especially during the off-season. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved that the hotel thought of every little detail, from make-up remover to toothbrushes and toothpaste. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The proximity to this historic and intact lighthouse provided a unique and interesting sightseeing opportunity during my brief stay. the hotel's 42" flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi were convenient for catching up on travel plans and entertainment.

The only minor negative feature I experienced during my stay was the lack of beach towels provided by the hotel, which made it a bit inconvenient for guests wanting to spend time at the nearby beach. This small detail could have improved the overall guest experience.

I keep coming back for holiday as it suits me perfectly. The staff kindly helped with my late departure. With Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and a heated swimming pool, it has everything I need. I love the beach access and the game room.
