the shape of the hotel is an absolute embarrassment, like a roach motel. the bathroom had hair everywhere, super gross, and don’t even get me started on the pool being locked, classic. I thought maybe a complimentary breakfast would be a kind gesture, but nope, just stale muffins. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
