The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown boasts an unbeatable location near the Mercedes Benz Arena, making it perfect for events. The room was cozy, and the staff were friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. I truly appreciated the space and water pressure, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The new room, however, had hair on the pillows and comforter. Housekeeping responded immediately, changing linens and disinfecting surfaces. The shower leaked continually, and maintenance never addressed it. The location was excellent, with major attractions nearby. Wi-Fi was not complimentary, a disappointment in this age. Staff interactions were warm, but the room cleanliness was inconsistent.
