The location is unbeatable, situated right on Hapuna Beach, which we believe is the nicest beach in all of Hawaii. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a huge pool and a well-equipped gym. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the lobby to our spacious and thoughtfully-furnished room. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Queens and Kings Villages, offering plenty of shopping and dining options.

Everything was fantastic.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach for swimming, snorkeling, and even shore diving. The enormous pool was a real highlight, especially for my husband who enjoys swimming laps. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always making sure our needs were taken care of. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated the large bathrooms with a tub and shower. The resort had a real old Hawaii feel to it, with stunning views and lovely artwork. We also enjoyed the Hawaiian entertainment in the evening by the pool. this resort had everything we could ask for, including the facilities and amenities we love, like karaoke and casinos.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The beach view from the lobby was absolutely stunning, welcoming us to the island. the check, in process was quick and efficient, allowing us to start enjoying the resort right away. the prices at the resort were reasonable and the food, especially the breakfast buffet, was great.

There was construction happening on, site, which was audible and visible throughout the resort. Additionally, there was limited gluten, free options for guests with food intolerances, which was disappointing for a high, end resort.

Spent Christmas at a resort in Hapuna Beach and had a fantastic time! Loved the beautiful lobby and grounds, and the pools were amazing. the fact that the hotel had its own beach was a major plus, allowed us to swim in both the ocean and the pool. the breakfast was great with a good selection and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the drinks by the pool, perfect for relaxing during the holidays.

One downside was the food at the other restaurants, just okay and ended up eating elsewhere. It was a bit inconvenient having to drive off the property for meals, took away some of the relaxation.

The location was ideal, and we had a stunning ocean view from our upgraded room. Lauren from the concierge desk went above and beyond to help us plan our entertainment activities. The hotel's clean lines and understated decor made for an aesthetically pleasing stay. The beach was perfect for body surfing, and we enjoyed the warm, clear waters and the opportunity to swim with turtles. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the large, clean rooms had all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the proximity of everything, with everything within a 5-10 minute reach.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a wonderful location. The design and beach view in the lobby took my breath away, and the warm welcome at reception made me feel instantly at home. The room was beautifully designed with spacious and thoughtful furnishings, and the full-ocean view from the lanai was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a lovely shower and even a bidet. The hotel had two pools, one for adults only, and a jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxation. The staff in the restaurants were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location of the hotel was outstanding, with a large beach and great snorkeling opportunities right in front of the resort. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

In terms of negatives, this place is a bit remote, so it may be necessary to drive a bit to reach city shopping and restaurants. However, there is a general store about three miles away with some nice options if you're looking for non-hotel items.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean, with a beautiful ocean view. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle, and the staff treated us with great friendliness and hospitality.
