Grand impressed me with exceptional service, from the friendly front desk staff to the excellent cleaning services. the breakfast was delightful, and the atmosphere had a cool vibe with live music most nights.

One downside was the pricey room service. But overall, a fantastic stay!

Loved the cool activated lights in the room! The yummy breakfast buffet with customized omelettes was a hit! The staff was super nice, especially Maria, who saved our son's lost toy at 3am! 🌟 Proximity to downtown was a plus, and the cozy atmosphere was so chill. Just one little thing; wish I knew about the keyed elevator beforehand, but it didn't ruin our awesome stay. Big thumbs up!

We could walk to the Main Street, 16th, and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. our best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness, facilities, location, and the friendly and accommodating staff.

This spot has it all: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and more. Staff found my forgotten shower bag. Perfect for my city trip. It’s a haven with everything I need and no smoking.

The breakfast omelette and coffee were super tasty and they gave tons of condiments! The room looked jaw-dropping, very clean with a large shower. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and the valet service was top-notch. The hygiene products provided were high quality and even included a name brand razor and cream. The location was super convenient with trendy restaurants within walking distance. We loved the exercise room and pool, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The valet parking was a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the amazing service provided.

That the tub and bathroom had hair everywhere upon arrival, which was a bit off-putting. It would be great if the cleaning staff paid more attention to detail in these areas.

The only slight inconvenience during my stay was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear noise from the hallway, with people running and talking echoing into the room, occasionally disrupting my rest.
