Clean pool area, great for unwinding after a long day.

During my recent stay, I found the room to be comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. However, directions to my room could be clearer since the property layout is a bit complex. I appreciated the friendly staff and complimentary cookies at check-in, making it a nice touch for families.

That courtyard was like a little slice of heaven, perfect for the fam! The staff at breakfast? Bless their hearts, they were so sweet and accommodating. We truly enjoyed the pool area, just a lovely spot to chill after a long day. I reckon we'll be comin' back for more family fun!

The noise between rooms was an issue!!! Shower drainage could use attention, as well as maintaining bathroom cleanliness!!! Signage for room directions was poorly executed and could leave newcomers confused!!!

Our 4-night stay was fantastic! The pool area was a great spot to unwind, and the staff in the restaurant made us feel right at home with their kindness during breakfast. Plus, the entire property was well-maintained, making it a perfect choice for our multi-generational family. Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The noise from the karaoke events was quite disruptive at night.

The hotel boasts pretty grounds! We appreciated the tasty room service breakfast and the tranquil vibe—perfect for our family getaway.

The room had a comfy king bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool area, which was beautiful. My shower was surprisingly spacious—definitely a plus! The decor was tasteful, and everything was spotless thanks to great housekeeping. Only downside was the hallway had a funky smell, but luckily, it didn’t carry into my room. The complimentary cookies on check-in were a sweet touch too. Really enjoyed my stay!

the location is really good, close to some local food places. the heated pool and hot tub were super nice to chill in. i loved that shirlene in marketing was really friendly and gave me a nice tour of the hotel. everything in my room was clean and comfy, made for a good sleep. the outdoor spaces were also well-kept, perfect for relaxing outside.

but the noise between rooms was pretty annoying and the staff during daytime could've been more helpful.

the pool area was very nice. also had a theater nearby for plays and concerts, which was cool! location was awesome too, loads of restaurants in walking distance 🍽️. hot cookies on check-in were a sweet surprise! 😋
