I can't believe the roach issue we faced! The first room was infested, with bugs crawling on the mattress. Even the replacement room was a letdown—while clean, it reeked of cigarette smoke and we spotted bugs in the restaurant too.

The location is a gem with a short walk to the falls. The pool is fun and the chocolate chip cookies are heavenly.

Just watch for those exposed nails near the carpet; they’re not exactly welcoming.

One thing that really stood out to me was the spacious bathroom and jacuzzi in the room. It was a nice touch to have that extra bit of luxury. there were a few things that could be improved upon. The cleanliness of the pool and hot tub left much to be desired. It would have been nice to relax in a clean environment after a long day out. the lack of a breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, especially since it was one of the reasons we chose to stay there in the first place. the staff member Sarah really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Her assistance in addressing our concerns about the uncomfortable beds was much appreciated.

Location is exceptional. A short walk to stunning falls and perfect photo ops. amenities fall short. When we arrived, we faced a blizzard state of emergency. Communication was lacking. We weren't informed about canceled excursions or limited staff. Dining options were reduced to cold box lunches on Christmas Day. Staff, though friendly, were overwhelmed. While the shower was excellent and the bed comfortable, cleanliness is crucial. We found blood-stained bedding, a jarring oversight. While management attempted to compensate, it didn’t excuse the initial slip. Parking fees and unresponsive service compounded frustrations. With so many aspects needing attention, this stay missed the mark despite its potential. Caution is advised.

The river view from the balcony was truly amazing.

The staff was super quick and kind, offering us a ton of those delicious cookies - I could eat those every day! The restaurant downstairs was top-notch with great drinks, a nice wine selection, and stunning views of the park and river. Although the parking situation was a bit pricy and breakfast wasn't included, the location was primo for catching the July 4th fireworks; just wished the bar staff didn't smoke right in front during the show. 🎆

A perfect spot for exploring Niagara Falls and beyond

With a stunning river view from my room, I loved that I could step right out the back door and take a pleasant 15-20 minute stroll to all the major attractions like the American Falls, Goat Island, and the Rainbow Bridge, making it so easy to soak in the beauty of the area, while the hotel features like a friendly staff and delicious restaurant added to the great experience; however, it would have been nicer if the jacuzzi had been a bit cleaner.

The room had a comfortable bed with decent sheets, but the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The couch felt dirty and the carpets were stained. The temperature control worked well, providing a cozy environment. Unfortunately, noise levels were a problem at night with kids running in the halls. The lighting was dim, and the bathroom was missing basic amenities like tissues. While the room was spacious, it lacked attention to detail. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, but the general upkeep of the room diminished the overall experience.

During our visit to Niagara Falls, we were delighted by the warm and helpful staff at the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and we couldn't resist the delicious cookies they offered. Despite some minor inconveniences like paid parking and unmet room requests, the friendly service and cleanliness of the rooms left a positive impression on us.
