The whirlpool facing the parking lot was a downside, but the staff went above and beyond. The restaurant had its drawbacks, but the room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. Kids' energy was managed well, and the free cookies were a hit. A wonderful getaway destination.

The hotel was close to Niagara Park and had a restaurant, with great views from the room balcony. The room was spacious with two queen beds, a good breakfast buffet, and delightful warm cookies at check-in.

the closeness to the falls was mesmerizing! 🌟 scenic views from our king room were breathtaking. the footpath to the falls was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. the shower was fantastic.

Had a blast with my crew exploring Niagara Falls State Park and checking out the sick view of the American Falls! The DoubleTree staff were so chill and made us feel totally welcomed. Jet boat excursions and wine tours were lit, and our room was perfect for a young squad like ours.

Would've been even more epic if they had a cool rooftop bar or a DJ for some late-night vibes.

In close proximity of the hotel, Old Falls Street had food and retail vendors and outdoor music throughout the summer. We felt like we were in a bustling, lively market every time we strolled through. It was the perfect place to soak up the local atmosphere and indulge in some tasty treats.

Omg, the location is perfect to walk to the falls! but the breakfast had limited options. The service and staff were great, especially checking in. Overall, a good stay with a minor hiccup. 🌟

I always return here; helpful staff, Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Kitchenette, Game room. They suggested a taxi once! Perfect fit for me. Despite no pets allowed, AC, and no smoking, I'll be back this weekend. Can't wait!

The location close to the walking trail to Niagara Falls State Park provided a beautiful and convenient opportunity for leisurely strolls while enjoying nature's splendor.

I'd ask for more considerate interactions from the children of the staff to create an even better experience for senior visitors.

we loved the bathroom at The Doubletree. the pool and hot tub were great, and it was so quiet we couldn't hear the neighbors at all. the facilities were very clean and new. within walking distance to the falls. friendly staff. our room had a very good view of the river, which we liked a lot. spacious shower with great water pressure. comfy king bed. coffee maker brewed 2 cups at a time. clean pool, good size. working hot tub. yummy chocolate walnut cookies available anytime. great exercise area. dark room curtains allowed us to sleep in!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and really helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy. the location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the river, and it's a short walk to the Falls. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was excellent.

One thing to mention is that the breakfast is not included in the price and you have to pay for parking. It would be nice if these were included in the overall cost, as it can add up.

This hotel is very conveniently located, being very close to the casino and within walking distance to several good restaurants around the area. The hotel also offers great extras like a pool, exercise room, and a restaurant right in the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. the staff is friendly and parking on site is convenient.
