Proximity to airport made travel convenient.

My experience was disappointing due to several issues. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful during our inquiries, making our check-in process unnecessarily stressful.

During my stay, I found the rooms spacious and very clean, which was refreshing. The staff was helpful, quickly assisting with my requests and offering complimentary water and various toiletries. The indoor pool was a lovely spot to relax, and the lakeside path was perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The Lakeview restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with exceptional views of the lake, making both breakfast and dinner memorable.

I experienced a major inconvenience when I had to navigate confusing corridors and multiple sets of lifts to reach my room, especially with bags in tow.

The King Room with Balcony was seriously comfortable, and the views of the lake at night were breathtaking! Breakfast at the Lakeview restaurant was a delightful surprise, leading us to dine there for dinner too. The complimentary cookies at check-in were the cherry on top of our wonderful stay!

The Lakeview restaurant offered delicious local cuisine with a great view of the lake, making dining there a memorable experience.

I was disappointed to find out that I needed a voucher for breakfast, which I wasn't informed about at check-in, leading to a confusing start to my morning.

This place had proper comfy beds, mate, like sleeping on a cloud! But, we did run into some trouble with the shower drain – went down slower than a tortoise. Still, loved the friendly staff and those scrumptious cookies! Could do with a bit of a sprucing up, though.

The balcony overlooking the lake? Ope, that was a sight to see at night! We ended up eatin' dinner at the Lakeview restaurant too 'cause the breakfast was so darn good. Those complimentary cookies? Yup, made my day! Just wish the shower worked a tad better, but overall, what a gem!

the lobby is impressive and the food quality in the restaurant was very good. non-functioning a/c in two rooms was frustrating and there was no microwave in either. i felt like the old room reflected poor maintenance. breakfast wasn’t included in the price.

during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to both Washington Park, which is about 4.5 km away, and the cozy eatery WingTips Bar and Bistro just a short walk of about 0.5 km, making it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy leisurely strolls during my weekend getaway.

the restaurant served good food, and the view of the lake was amazing! the wi-fi had frequent disconnects, which was frustrating during my stay.

The staff was amazing. quick check-in and friendly service was a highlight. Clean environment made my stay pleasant. great facilities like the pool and restaurant. Clean room with a lovely view of the lake!
