The air conditioning issues and bathroom leak led to multiple room changes, causing significant frustration during our stay. The lack of effective communication with staff added to the inconvenience.

The culinary scene around the hotel is a gem! We discovered some amazing local eateries that were just a stone's throw away. And let’s not forget the spaciousness of our room—perfect for our little one to play around. The beds? So comfy that we slept like babies!

Clean room, friendly staff, fantastic indoor pool and gym facilities made our stay enjoyable, and the hotel's proximity to the trolley stop and local restaurants provided great convenience for exploring the area.

The staff provided a warm welcome with fresh baked cookies at check-in. I appreciated having a King suite with a balcony, as it added to the comfort of my stay. The location was perfect, close to dining and shopping options. I found the indoor pool to be well-maintained and the restaurant had a great vibe. Overall, I enjoyed my relaxed time.

Jol at the pool was a winner, perfect on those sunny days! Got those lekker chocolate cookies at check-in, such a nice touch. The brekkie was solid, defs fills you up for the day ahead!

But flippen had to deal with some noisy guests next door, totally wrecked my chill vibe.

The King Room was pretty comfy and clean. I loved the warm cookies at check-in, such a nice touch! The place had a cool vibe and the bar was great. Only bummer was the $32 parking fee. Seriously? But the location was solid, close to shops and food. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked well-kept and inviting. Overall, a decent stay!

However, I faced some issues with the bathroom not closing completely, which was inconvenient. The pillows also seemed a bit worn and could use a refresh. It was a bummer to find out the outdoor pool was off-limits during the day for a private event, and I was given mixed messages about access to the indoor pool. On top of that, the $30 daily parking fee felt a bit excessive for the overall experience I received.
