During my stay in downtown DC, I had an excellent experience at a hotel which was conveniently located close to the city center and the Convention Center. The Aura Spa was a great way to relax after a long day, and the hotel was located near public transportation for further excursions. The room was cozy and clean, featuring modern amenities like a fridge and TV. the service was friendly and hospitable, with a well-stocked lobby and Starbucks nearby.

My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi was not up to my expectations, which made it difficult to conduct business online.

The staff changed our check-in date with no charge and helped us celebrate a special birthday. Lobby seating was comfortable, food was moderately priced, and there was a Starbucks. The concierge was helpful, but not knowledgeable about the Metro. a great experience.

Great location near Big Bus yellow route stop 46. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for business travelers.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel in downtown! It was so convenient and easy to access all the key places in this gem of a city. The staff at this place were lovely and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also have to mention the amazing massage my daughter had at the spa - she said it was the best she's ever had! The buffet breakfast included was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to the Verizon Center for the Adele concert and to downtown for our presentation at the Convention Center. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and elevators, was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even accommodated our request for an early check-in after a long journey. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were top-notch.

Amazing customer service, even covered the shipping for a forgotten item. Excellent facilities, including shops, coffee shop, and bar. Flawless service and spotless room maintenance.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was so close to all the major tourist attractions, making it very convenient. We could either walk or take a short ride to all the places we wanted to visit. Additionally, the hotel was classy and well-maintained. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a breathtaking view of the city, especially at night. It was a great bonus to have a Starbucks available in the lobby for our morning coffee fix.

There were a couple of aspects that were disappointing during our stay. the breakfast was below standards.
