The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra enjoyable. We received great tips from Jim and Adam at the bar, and our server Amanda and host Marianna remembered our orders and provided excellent service. the rooms were recently renovated and were unbelievably comfortable, with a separate sitting area for added convenience. the cookies we received daily from the front desk were a delightful touch.

On the downside, the first, floor king suite did not offer an ocean view, and there was an extra $100 hold for room service, which may catch guests off guard. I also had an unpleasant experience with bug bites, and although the hotel did move me to a different room, it affected my ability to relax.

I loved the balcony view of the ocean from our room. The front desk was accommodating when we asked for extra towels. The warm cookies at check-in were a great touch. a lovely stay!

The breathtaking view from the eighth-floor corridor was absolutely stunning, especially in good weather. the breakfast offerings were a treat, with amazing omelets, a good assortment of breads and pastries, and great bagels. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the housekeeping and front desk to the hostess and waitresses. the warm and family-friendly atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.

The pool area was mostly in the shade throughout the day, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we experienced a robbery in our room where $600 cash was stolen, and we felt that the hotel should have compensated us considering the circumstances.

The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. It was such a treat to wake up each morning and see the waves crashing on the shore. the balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Another highlight was the pool area. It was well-maintained and had plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. the pool itself was clean and refreshing, perfect for a swim on a hot day. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

One major downside was the uncomfortable bed. It was quite hard and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep.

This hotel is directly on the beach, with rooms on renovated floors offering gorgeous views of the Atlantic. Basic amenities and friendly staff complete the package – all at a great value for the price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The ocean view rooms were worth it, with a beautiful wide beach right outside our door. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to make our first anniversary special with a surprise tray of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. The location was perfect, close to the beach and providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.

During my stay at the DoubleTree, I was impressed by the cozy and spacious room that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The balcony was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location right on the beach was unbeatable, allowing easy access to the beautiful sandy shores. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in previous reviews, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had a great time in the northern tower of a hotel directly on the ocean. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and nice balcony. The staff were friendly and did their best. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, so dining was easy.

The pool was not heated and was too cold for use.

If you love the ocean, this hotel is for you. It is literally on the ocean front, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic from the back balcony and panoramic views of Palm Bay and the Intercoastal from the front balcony. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my aunt's needs, and their service was exceptional. The ocean breeze, the sight of pelicans flying by, and the treasures on the beach made for a truly memorable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were always friendly and the hotel was remarkably quiet.
