The hotel was beautifully updated, with spacious and clean rooms. the beds were extremely comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. the wifi was also reliable, which was a definite plus. the location was great, with key attractions and amenities closeby. It was a wonderful experience during the Christmas season, with festive decorations adding to the holiday spirit.

I did not have any negative experiences during my stay. Everything was great and exceeded my expectations.

We had a great stay at Doubletree By Hilton! The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated. Even though there were some renovations going on, it didn't affect our experience at all. The location was central, and the bar/restaurant downstairs was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were extremely helpful, even assisting me with dinner reservations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with recently renovated and spacious rooms that were clean and nicely done. The bathroom was large and the shower worked well. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to a beautiful City park and a nice Italian restaurant. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the renovated Doubletree in Utica. The recently updated rooms had a boutique-hotel quality, and the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The off-street parking was a convenient perk, and the hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was exceptional, especially when accommodating our late arrival and ensuring we had everything we needed. It was a great experience overall, especially for us as older guests.

This hotel is a gem in the city park, with every amenity and nice furnishings. It is close to good restaurants and service by the staff is outstanding. Sweet Dreams bedding made us feel so at home. And breakfast was included. It's a great value for money.

During our romantic escape, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful venue and great service at this hotel. the room was pretty, clean, and nicely set up, with a comfortable bed and new linens. We appreciated the warm cookie and bottled water at check-in, which added a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.

We did have a couple of issues during our stay. the lack of heating in our room was quite inconvenient.

The facilities at this hotel are amazing! I was thrilled to see the original look restored with all the modern necessities for a comfortable stay. The rooms were recently renovated and the beds were really comfy. The lobby area and bar were also nicely renovated. I loved the bar area as it was a great place to meet people. The hotel is located close to a nice Italian restaurant and it was a perfect location for attending the HOF induction ceremony and weekend events.

We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The historic building has been beautifully restored and the main lobby is simply stunning. It really felt like stepping into a Turner Classic Movie. Additionally, the staff was wonderful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

One minor disadvantage was that some of the windows in the room had drafts, but this was canceled out by the effective climate control in the room. Additionally, there was a sharp object under the mattress that posed a minor risk of injury.

The historic property with great city view is undergoing renovation, not impacting guest comfort and experience. Classic lobby with Greek columns. Convenient downtown location. Comfortable and clean bedding. Friendly staff.

Our stay was enjoyable, as the hotel had great facilities and amenities to offer. Close by were popular restaurants like The Tailor and Motus restaurant, which made our dining experiences convenient. The room was spacious and modern, the bathroom provided ample counter space, and the staff provided professional service. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the high ceiling in the ornate lobby.

There were some issues with heating and plumbing during our stay.
