The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel like a VIP the entire time. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and coffee-making facilities. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff even made special arrangements for us to use the staff break room microwave, which was a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, as it offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had an amazing stay at Doubletree in Overland Park! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with plenty of space for my family and even a baby. Stayed here for New Year's and had a great time! The hotel was very quiet and clean, and the customer service was excellent. We loved the pool, which was larger than most hotel pools and had plenty of natural light. The fitness center was also impressive and had more equipment than other hotel gyms. The location was convenient, near the interstate and lots of shops and restaurants.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The elevators were a bit slow and jerky, which was a bit frustrating.
