The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the housekeepers kept the room that way. Every time I left the room, they "cleaned" it like I never stayed in the room. I am planning another trip and will include Hampton Inn on my stops. I can easily recommend Hampton to my friends and family. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was super comfy and made for a great night's sleep during our romantic escape. The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with lots of nearby restaurants and stores for us to explore.

There were a few things that bothered us during our stay. The curtains in our room were very thin, which meant we didn't have the privacy we were hoping for.

Spacious king room, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, comfortable Serta mattress, newer built hotel, delicious breakfast menu with a variety of options.

We stayed at Hampton Inn Prescott Valley for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel offered free parking, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out by cell phone was convenient, and the hotel provided great value for the price. One of our favorite touches was coming back to the hotel and being greeted by the delicious smell of fresh baked cookies in the lobby. it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast options include eggs, meat, waffles, fruit, pastries, bread, and juice. There is self-serve coffee available all day. The rooms are spacious, suitable for families. The pool and spa are enjoyable, and check-in is easy. The property and rooms are clean.

We had a very excellent experience at Hampton Inn in Prescott Valley. The hotel was top-notch with clean, comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we were impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the option to check in online and use my phone as a key card was convenient and innovative. Lastly, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the variety of channels available on the direct TV.

The double charging incident was a major inconvenience, and the lack of responsiveness from both the hotel and corporate in resolving the issue was disappointing. Furthermore, the hotel's claim of being wheelchair accessible was false, as they did not have a wheelchair on site.

The hotel had a fantastic breakfast spread and was conveniently located near Prescott. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean with handy amenities like a fridge and microwave. It was a great base for exploring Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

The only downside was the lack of wheelchair availability despite being promised. This made it difficult for my husband to get around and we had to rely on a luggage cart.

During my stay at the Hampton Inn, I was so impressed by the thoughtful touches from the staff. Additionally, when I had an unfortunate accident in my room, the housekeeping team quickly and kindly cleaned it up without any hesitation. These small gestures truly made my stay memorable.
