The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with the digital key. The bartender, Katina, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel had a great location for exploring Santa Rosa, Armstrong Redwoods, Jenner, Bodega Bay, and San Francisco.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. I greatly appreciated the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. the wine tasting provided was a very nice treat.

Traveling alone with my daughter, safety was my top priority, and the location of this hotel provided a sense of security. The room was comfortable, with a firm yet cozy bed. The restaurant service was good, aside from a slight delay in delivering a cocktail. Despite a reservation hiccup, the hotel quickly resolved the issue by accommodating us at the nearby Hyatt for one night, which they paid for. The warm cookies at check-in were a delightful touch, and the spacious rooms, friendly staff, efficient breakfast system, and quality coffee and tea added to our enjoyable stay.

Our family of 5 stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for a birthday celebration. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for food and wineries. The amenities were wonderful, including a treat station and water bowls for our dog. The location was convenient, with everything a short drive away. The hotel has a convenient location near the freeway, making it easy to access. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, even holding a room for my friend during a snowstorm without any price increase. The breakfast bar in the large open lobby was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the cinnamon muffin. Additionally, the hotel provided champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, which was a nice touch.
