The amenities were fantastic, from the cozy sitting area to the terrace with garden furniture. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Staying at Graduate Richmond positioned us perfectly to enjoy the championship collection of golf greens courses through the James River region, making our family trip the smartest choice in town. The lobby-level game room, complete with a Shuffleboard, Pool Table, and Ping Pong table, provided endless fun for our children. It's the ideal spot to inspire guests at your next event with its professional and inventive feel, making our stay truly memorable.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had more outdoor activities specifically catered to children.

The Graduate Richmond hotel provided a delightful stay with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The spacious suite with a king bed and a sofa bed offered great amenities, making our travel experience seamless. The private bathroom with designer toiletries added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The check-in experience was slightly disappointing, as we found that the kids' beds in our suite had no sheets or blankets. It was a minor inconvenience that was quickly resolved by the staff, but it did impact our initial impression of the hotel.

The beds were comfortable and the staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly. the design of the hotel was cool and the staff were knowledgeable about the local area, sharing interesting facts. We also enjoyed the lounge area in the hotel lobby for short meetings.

The rooms could use some attention as the doors got stuck and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Additionally, our sheets and towels had stains on them.

The pet-friendly policy, welcoming staff, stylish and spacious room, comfortable bed, great beer selection, proximity to restaurants and attractions.

The location was convenient, within walking distance of good restaurants and in a convenient location from the city center and the VCU neighborhood.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed, resulting in delays and communication issues. We had to wait for an early check-in and for the valet service.

Additionally, I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior people, with easily navigable hallways and helpful staff members who were considerate and accommodating.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children of the staff to be more attentive and responsive to the needs of older guests.

If there was one thing I'd ask for to make our trip even better, it would be some live, upbeat music at the hotel bar. That would really amp up the party vibes for us young folks!
