The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was marred by the expensive prices, and the expectation of tips for minimal service during the included breakfast was off-putting.

As a senior woman, I had such a delightful stay at this lovely hotel in Phoenix. The decor was so charming and inviting, especially the courtyard with its beautiful fountains and plenty of seating areas. It was such a pleasure to gather and relax in such a tranquil space. The hotel's facilities were so accommodating for senior guests like myself, with easy access to everything we needed and a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay so enjoyable.

The room at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette was an unexpected bonus, and the bonus living room area made the stay feel like a home away from home. The free breakfast was excellent, and the amenities provided, such as a fridge and microwave, were convenient. the rooms were quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

The only minor downside was that the bathroom could use an upgrade, although it was still clean and functional.

Attending a synod, I appreciated the hotel facilities such as the internet access in public areas, swimming pool, concierge, fitness equipment. The property has 10 meeting rooms that can host up to 450 people, featured amenities like a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and facilities measuring 10.

I missed having a 24-hour business center with computers, printers, and sitting areas for my work needs.

The beds were comfortable, clean room, friendly staff, complimentary soaps smelled good, peaceful ambiance, close to light rail.

The pillows were comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. The 2 room suite had a nice mix of hard surface floors and carpet. There was a wonderful view from the door and it was quiet even during fireworks. The Hilton Honors rooms were impressive.

The breakfast at Doubletree was absolutely amazing. The variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. It was the perfect way to start my day.
