But oh dear, the door sensor was temperamental! We played musical chairs with the front desk just to get into our room—what a fun twist on check-in!

Spacious room, disappointing restaurant service fee.

first, the staff acted as if I was bothering them during check-in, not an ideal welcome. second, I requested airport shuttle service but waited 30 minutes for nothing—just fabulous. I almost gave a good review, but why woudl I get treated like everyone else? I expected complimentary cookies or something for the trouble, but alas, none for me.
