I had a great short break at Level Seattle. The property was quiet, the appliances were all in working order, and they even provided free Nespresso capsules. The location was excellent, with Amazon Go and Whole Foods nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sofa bed. The hotel also had fantastic facilities for families, including a swimming pool, music room, basketball court, and climbing wall. The cherry on top was the deluxe suite, which had a full kitchen, living room, private bedroom with a door, walk-in closet, balcony. It was definitely worth the price and exceeded my expectations.

I had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff was always available to assist and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The indoor pool and hot tub were the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with many great cafes and shops nearby. The location was perfect, close to many great cafes and within walking distance of popular sightseeing spots. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had amazing facilities like a basketball court, pool, and karaoke room. It was a fantastic place to relax and have fun.

I did notice that the lobby had a strange smell, which was a bit off-putting.

We loved the washer and dryer, dishwasher, and stove/oven. the balcony and view were great, and the kids enjoyed the family room and outdoor playground. the location was also convenient, close to the bus stop and a short walk from Downtown. a fantastic stay and we would definitely book here again!

The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to popular attractions like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle/MoPop. We loved that the sauna, spa, and pool were open 24 hours, allowing us to relax even after returning late. The room itself was lovely, with beautiful art and plenty of towels. The updated furniture and nice balcony added to the overall comfort of the space. Another highlight was the Nespresso coffee in the room, which was a great touch. The parking underneath the building was secure and offered a lower cost than general garage parking. The cool amenities provided were perfect for families, although we didn't have enough time to use them all. based on the ease of our stay and its convenient location, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

While our experience at Level Seattle Downtown - South Lake Union was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the room was not ready when we checked in, despite it being past the check-in time.

Convenient location in downtown/SLU. Well-sized rooms with washer/dryer and microwave. New property with comfortable bed and pillows, nice fitness center and pool. Spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. Large room with full kitchen, lounge, dining table, and big bedroom. Lovely pools and outdoor spaces. Quality products and fast wifi. Brand new and deserves to do well. Loved my stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchen in our apartment at Level Seattle Downtown - South Lake Union. It had everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy a home-like atmosphere. The amenities, including three pools, sauna, steam room, and a fantastic gym. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally left a bag behind. it was a wonderful experience!

Although the TV in the living room and bedroom were large and initially impressive, they didn't function properly. The bedroom TV rarely worked, and the living room TV kept freezing, losing volume, and changing channels randomly.

We had a good time during Christmas, two small goodies awaited us when we arrived at our suite. the location was perfect, close to a grocery store and transportation. Plus, we enjoyed the gym facilities.

Housekeeping only showed up once, making us feel like we had to clean up after ourselves for the whole stay. the noise from the construction outside was unbearable, and the heavy door was a safety hazard.
