Consider returning to the hotel for free dinner after a day at the parks. the kids loved it and it allowed us to enjoy shorter wait times back at Universal.

enjoyable, especially Kyle who went out of his way to celebrate my birthday. The location is perfect, just a short ride to Universal, and I loved the free breakfast and evening snack options. It’s a shame the dining menu stayed the same throughout our stay, but overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely return!

Pest control entering my room unannounced was a shock!!! Also, that promised phone replacement never came!!! Shuttle hours could definitely use an upgrade!!! Some benches outside would enhance the experience!!!

i almost gave a good review but the hot dogs and burgers at dinner every day were absurd! also, the shower curtain left the bathroom floor soaked! and frankly, i expected a room upgrade for the hassle of all this. i guess my expectations were too high for a place like this, or it woudl ve been nice. what a disappointment.
