We felt like millionaires at The Westin Resort Villas. The staff catered to our every need with a smile and made us feel like it was their pleasure to serve us. The rooms were magnificent and the comfort and cleanliness were evident from the moment we arrived. The spa, gym, restaurants, and market were all top-notch.

We felt relaxed and had no complaints during our stay.

The staff is incredible, magnificent rooms, top-notch amenities, excellent bed and comfort.

Friendly and Energetic Water Aerobics Class

I recently stayed at a beautiful beachfront resort in Los Cabos. The property and views were breathtaking, and the service was unlike any other resort I've been to. The staff remembered our names and greeted us daily with a smile. One morning, we decided to try the water aerobics class, and it was fantastic! Jose, the instructor, was fun and full of energy. He led a great class, and we had so much fun. The activities offered at this property, like water aerobics, made our stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff at this beachside property were excellent, in particular the entertainment hosts and general staff. The food and service were also commendable. The resort is beautiful, but be prepared for long walks from parking to your room.

The staff at the Westin was amazing! So kind and warm. Each person you speak to is cheerful and happy to help. They made the stay welcoming and accommodating! Great for business and or a family vacation as the villas have large rooms with ensuite laundry and a kitchen. The property is massive and be ready to walk and get your steps in for the day. Very beautiful views.

For us it was ideal.

The views from the resort were absolutely breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. the ocean view from our room and the beach were stunning. the staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to help and provided us with excellent service. the resort had multiple pool areas that were well-maintained and a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

The size of our villa was disappointing. It felt smaller than other villas we have stayed at within the same hotel chain.

The resort is beautiful, with outstanding ocean views. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. The grounds are extremely clean and well maintained. The pool layout and Baja Pointe restaurant are must-visit spots.

The location of the resort is convenient, with a supermarket nearby which allowed us to cook our own meals. The rooms were comfortable with nice beds, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There were multiple pools overlooking the ocean, and the beach, although not ideal for swimming, offered beautiful views. The convenience store on the property had additional amenities such as a Starbucks Coffee and an ice cream parlor.

Limited options for dining, especially if looking for upscale restaurants or more variety in casual dining experiences.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The team around the beachside, pool, and restaurants were excellent. The entertainment hosts, Axel and Marco, were great and the service provided by Mario and Riccardo was outstanding. The food was really good and the overall service was excellent. The hotel grounds were extremely clean and well-maintained. The ocean view from the hotel was outstanding. Baja Pointe restaurant is a must-visit. The pools had a great layout and the staff was friendly and helpful. The villas are perfect for both business and family vacations, with large rooms, ensuite laundry, and a kitchen available. The property is massive and offers beautiful views. The bed in my room was excellent and the overall comfort was very good.
