the hotel is supposedly chic, but the room was minuscule and cramped. the AC was also horrendously noisy. i expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but of course, no one cared. this place should definitely not advertise soundproofing. darn near impossible to enjoy my stay, and i almost wrote a great review, but just couldn't.

I was incredibly frustrated with the noise levels from the street, making it hard to enjoy my stay. My room was right off the lobby, leading to constant disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, I felt cramped in the room, which was smaller than expected, and the inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity only added to my dissatisfaction.

During my stay, I truly enjoyed being just a short walk from Brooklyn Bridge and Battery Park, which made my weekend strolls even more delightful, and the nearby vibrant neighborhoods offered plenty of bars and restaurants to explore. while I appreciated the overall experience, some areas for improvement include ensuring the outlets in the room are fully functional.

Had a lovely stay with a beautiful and modern room that felt cozy. The free coffee and baked treats made my mornings extra nice. The sun terrace was perfect for unwinding while I enjoyed some stunning views, and there were lounge chairs available for relaxation too. Only downside was some street noise since my room faced the front, but I’d definitely say go for it if you want a stylish spot to kick back! 😊

The noise levels from the street are unbearable at night!!! Room sizes are uncomfortably small, and Wi-Fi connectivity is a joke!!! An upgrade turned into a downgrade without explanation, leaving much to be desired!!!

I had an interesting experience during my stay. The manager seemed evasive when I found there was a mix-up with my room. I had booked a king but got a queen instead. Despite this, I appreciated the vibrant neighborhood nearby and enjoyed exploring local bars and restaurants. The rooftop terrace provided a nice escape with a view, even if the room was smaller than expected. I value culture and art, so it was a treat to see local artists' work around.
