Comfortable stay in a modern suite

The apartment-style suite was spacious and impeccably clean, with stunning balcony views. The hotel’s direct connection to Brickell City Center made shopping and dining effortless, even in the rain. the friendly staff added a welcoming touch to our experience.

The view was wonderful, but service could improve significantly.

The room was clean and well-decorated, but it felt somewhat outdated. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. noise from the nearby nightclub was intrusive, even on the 26th floor. The temperature control was adequate, keeping the room pleasant. The filtered water spout was a thoughtful addition. While the overall design was appealing, dust around the bed could be bothersome for allergy sufferers. Despite the beautiful view from the terrace, I experienced delays with service. The amenities were decent, but the experience left some room for improvement.

My recent stay was incredible, as I had direct access to Brickell City Centre, which is just a few steps away, making it so convenient to explore tons of restaurants, trendy bars, and shops without the hassle of driving; plus, the vibrant Brickell area is a stone's throw from iconic sites like the Perez Art Museum Miami and the stunning Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, both under 3 km away, so I could easily enjoy weekend strolls or quick visits to cultural landmarks nearby. Additionally, the hotel offers a clean and beautifully designed environment, with spacious rooms, a lovely pool area, and friendly staff who made my stay even better! However, the pool closes at dusk, which would be nicer if it stayed open later for evening relaxation.

The bicycle rental was a fun way to explore the area.

Had a great view from the room and loved how comfortable and chic the suites were. The hotel's location right next to the mall was super convenient for shopping and dining.

The noise levels were unbearable, even on high floors. I could hear everything from parties to street noises making it hard to sleep.

The workshops on the 6th floor were great for small meetings. The rooftop bar was awesome, and the fitness center had everything I needed to stay active.

Waiting 30 minutes for ice was such a treat.

Loved the rooftop bar, pool, and the fact it’s connected to Brickell City Center. Staff was super helpful, and the filtered water tap was a cool feature. Great spa options too.

The rooms are spacious and modern, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast is hearty and satisfying, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you.

A challenging entrance situation cast a shadow on what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nicolas, the manager, showcased outstanding hospitality, addressing our family issue promptly, while Lorenzo, the attentive bellboy, was a gem. The spacious two-bedroom suite boasted stunning views from the balcony, but the modern light switches were perplexing. The pool area was nice, albeit short on sun, and policies about outside drinks felt a bit excessive. Housekeeping struggled—multiple requests and language barriers made essentials hard to get. Conveniently located next to Brickell City Center, the area buzzed with shopping and dining options despite the frustrations.

The location is prime, nestled in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. Staff at the valet are efficient. A standout was Mr Nelson at breakfast—helpful and engaging. the experience quickly faded. Customer service is lacking; Housekeeping is inconsistent, often making multiple trips for simple requests and not well-trained. A serious issue arose when a $700 shirt was stolen, and the response was dismissive. Damage to my car was brushed off, ruining what was supposed to be a celebration. Flaws overshadow the positives. Recommendations should be made to higher management. This experience did not meet expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the welcoming service at check-in to the delightful scent in the room, every moment was a pleasure. Valet parking was convenient and worth the cost. The high-end finish throughout the property was impressive. The only downside was the loud music and crowded pool area. The staff at the pool seemed disorganized. Overall, a luxurious experience in a fantastic location with modern amenities.
