The property was nice, with a lovely room and balcony. There is a nice pool area and the hotel is connected to a outdoor mall with plenty of food options. The location is brilliant, with a shopping mall, cinema, and restaurants nearby. The rooms are lovely in design, with great toiletries.

elevator waiting time was a bit much

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - we got so much for what we paid! The room was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the bay. The location was perfect, with easy access to a shopping center and the metromover. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the manager Richard Fernandez, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely return.

The breakfast menu could have been better.

We got great value for our money and the room was comfortable and stylish. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown with stunning views. The staff, especially Valeryia at the front desk, were exceptionally kind and accommodating.

The only thing that could make the breakfast choices better is a wider selection of pastries and baked goods.

the hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff at valet parking were efficient and friendly, the breakfast was delicious with special treatment from Mr. Nelson, and the pool and hotel atmosphere were amazing. the location in Brickell was also great.

Modern and clean hotel, amazing bay view, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, great location, beautiful room, excellent restaurants and nightclub.

Couldn't stay longer.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which I found very convenient. The bathroom was luxurious with a separate tub and shower. Tacology restaurant was a two-minute walk from the hotel, and the mall and supermarket were within walking distance as well. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The view from my room on the 33rd floor was magical and the location was perfect in the downtown area. The hotel facilities were high tech and clean, with an amazing gym and awesome pools. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The hotel was also close to a good shopping mall, Brickell Centre.

We recently stayed in a hotel located in an unbeatable location, surrounded by amazing restaurants like Quinto La Huella. Our room had everything we needed and was lovely. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The service we received was fantastic, with staff always helpful. The hotel also had great facilities like an outdoor pool that was ideal for sunbathing and relaxing right in the heart of the shopping area.

The lighting in the room was a little confusing and could lead to some trouble navigating around the room at night.

The pool deck is spacious and secluded. Access The Shops for great name brand shopping. The hotel gym is very spacious with lots of cardio machines and dumbbells.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is awesome, right in the heart of a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff were amazing, offering recommendations and making me feel like a welcome guest. The room itself was top-notch, with all the amenities you could want, like a big flat-screen TV, a comfy sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful view. Plus, the spa center and fitness center were great for relaxation.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
