I loved how easy it was to stroll to a variety of casinos, shops, and restaurants, all within a short walk of just a few steps from my room, which itself was spacious and comfortable; the vibrant atmosphere added to the experience, especially one evening when we enjoyed live DJ music and delicious food outdoors, just as the winter chill set in, creating a lovely ambiance, but the hotel could still improve on things like housekeeping and offering room service to enhance the overall stay.

The location was perfect for walking around Heavenly Village and exploring.

The spacious, clean rooms provide a cozy stay, and I truly appreciated the staff's attentiveness—one even returned my forgotten items after checkout. A wonderful choice for those looking to explore South Lake Tahoe!

The room had a spacious layout but was seriously outdated. The bed was decent, but the sofa bed exuded an old smell, causing allergies. The temperature control was fine, though the noise level from the hallway was noticeable. there was urine on the toilet seat and the floor was dirty. I was disappointed to find dust-covered blinds and chipped paint everywhere, with grime on the side tables. Not worth $200 a night, especially with the additional parking fee. Staff were polite but unable to assist with a luggage cart, requiring multiple trips up the stairs.

The room was filthy, with crumbs and even a dirty towel lying around. The pool had a terrible smell, and we faced constant dust everywhere. It felt more like a nightmare than a vacation.

Beautiful surroundings are the only silver lining here. The suite size was great, comfortable for families, and the kids loved the fish pond. from arrival to departure, it was chaos. I was charged for a room I never used, and communication was abysmal. Leaks in the lobby and cleanliness issues tarnished the environment. Though the amenities had potential—the heated pool, decent dining—the execution fell flat. Rooms were outdated, and details like missing housekeeping and lack of responsiveness were glaring. With previous visits not improving, it's clear this facility needs significant operational changes to meet guest expectations. I won’t be back.

Warm welcome from the team set a positive tone. The king suite was impressive, especially with the double sink and fun decor details. Loved the heated pool and the vibe at the bar, but the pool area was quite crowded. There were notable maintenance issues, though—my sink didn't drain, and housekeeping barged in twice without knocking. breakfast was no longer included, which felt off after previous stays. While charming, the outdated aspects like dust and strong chlorine made it tough to fully enjoy. Good service and atmosphere, but needs refinement for the price.

Love when valet parking costs extra on top of the expensive room rate.
