Exceptional service from staff helped us during a tough time. they were genuinely caring and attentive. Renovated decor outshines many typical ski hotels and adds to the charm of the stay!

The staff was exceptionally polite and the location had access to various activities, with close proximity to entertainment, dining, and shopping. The indoor heated pool was a favorite for unwinding after our daily adventures.

The check-in process was chaotic and the front desk service lacked attentiveness. Additionally, we experienced long waits for valet pickup, which greatly frustrated our departure plans.

Construction took over much of the lounge areas, and the lobby was a complete mess, giving off a chaotic vibe. The pool was often dirty, with cloudy water and an overwhelming chlorine smell, making it less inviting. I had issues with room cleanliness, specifically hair left in the bathroom, and the absence of basic amenities like accessible business centers or snack machines was frustrating. Valet service added an extra $19 a night and was disorganized, leading to long waits for my car that should've been a 45-second walk.

the location is super dope, really close to all the fun stuff at lake tahoe. our suite was nice and spacious, not cramped at all which is great for families. the pool area was chill, and the view of the mountains was pretty nice as well. the bartenders and breakfast greeter were really friendly and made us feel welcome. we’ve been coming here for a few years, so it’s kinda like our home away from home.

but the breakfast was a total mess, super crowded and they didn't keep up with refills. also, there were some rude staff at the front desk that kinda ruined the overall vibe.

The location is perfect, close to shops and the indoor hot tub was a nice touch. The spacious rooms made our stay enjoyable.

Felt very special, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is fantastic , close to shops and plenty of action that Lake Tahoe offers. Staff were very courteous and attentive, especially during check-in. The poolside snack bar had delicious options.
