We recently stayed at Motel 6 in Carlsbad for a family trip to Legoland. The hotel's flooring was a refreshing change from carpet and felt clean. The room size was perfect for our family of four, and the beds were comfortable with extra large blankets. The towels provided were fluffy and ample for adults. The staff accommodated our request for a ground floor room due to knee problems, which was a real benefit. The breakfast options, including the waffles and cereal choices, were a hit with our kids. The hotel's proximity to Legoland, only a 10-minute drive away, was extremely convenient.

Breakfast room way too small, not enough options for breakfast, orange juice was not good. Rooms were outdated and in need of renovation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Carlsbad area for two nights and had a great experience. The location was perfect as it was close to Carlsbad Village and my relatives' house. The room size was great for the price and very comfortable. I also appreciated the upgraded room and the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel grounds were clean and I liked the convenient key card access to the rooms. a great choice for a hotel in the area.
