i thought i would love this hotel, but i was greeted by a pool with white bubbles on it and a hot tub that was nowhere to be found. after all this, i expected a complimentary upgrade, but i guess that's just for more valued guests. so disappointed, i was ready to write a glowing review but just couldn’t.

Room was real clean and comfy, just what we needed after drivin’ all day. Loved the 24-hour Kwik Trip nearby and Denny's just a stroll away. Staff was friendly as could be too—made us feel right at home. No complaints from me!

Comfortable beds provide a good night's sleep.

During my stay at Clarion Pointe, I encountered several frustrations that made for a disappointing experience. The hot tub, which was one of the main reasons I booked, was out of order, and I found the pool to be a bit unclean and bubble-filled, which raised concerns. Additionally, the breakfast area felt chaotic, with many guests left wanting for more food and a staff member who seemed overwhelmed with restocking and service.

Comfy beds and a great vibe

The beds were super comfy and I slept like a baby! The place felt nice and safe, and I loved chilling in the picnic area outside with my dog. Everyone was really friendly. The only thing was that the breakfast area could use a bit more room. it got crowded quickly. Still, I will be coming back for sure!

the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean, which was nice. the free breakfast had a decent variety, so that was a plus. i liked that they let us check in early, too. the pool area was chill, even tho it was busy. staff were friendly and helpful when we needed something.

the hot tub was out of order during my stay, which was a bummer since i was lookin' forward to it. also, the breakfast setup was kinda messy and there wasn't much food left when we got there.
