“Pros”: The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Roosevelt, warmly welcomed me and my pup. They even allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room to a corner room with a balcony. The room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The entire hotel was impeccably maintained. The location was unbeatable, right off the Plaza and across the street from the Georgia O'Keeffe museum. I could easily walk to all the restaurants and shops in this lively city. The hotel provided a high-end experience at a mid-range budget, making it accessible to people from different backgrounds. I would gladly pay more to stay here again.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel had a great location, just a few blocks away from the main square and right next to the famous museum. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice fireplaces that added a cozy touch. It was also great to have access to the pool and fitness center, included in the resort fee.

The pool area was outdated and in need of a remodel, although it did have a nice rooftop location. However, the biggest disappointment was the early closure of the bar during weekends over a holiday.

Beautiful property, comfy beds, friendly staff, near the Plaza. Enjoyed walking, shopping, and dining. Keurig in room was a nice touch.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide exceptional service during my business trip. They were professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. the rooftop pool and spa were a highlight of my stay, even though the weather was freezing outside, the facilities were at the right temperature. Additionally, the hotel bar and restaurant were top-notch, offering a fantastic dining experience.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. I wish there had been more information available about the closure of the spa and restaurant on certain days.

Everything is what i need and want.

I recently stayed at a hotel in central location and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious with nice views, especially the ones with balconies! Housekeeping was quick to respond and keep the place tidy. The hotel had a cozy fireplace too which added to the ambiance. Breakfast was perfect and good value for money. I loved how everything was within walking distance, so it was easy to explore downtown Santa Fe.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect - right in the heart of everything and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were all fantastic, from the helpful concierge to the friendly valet parkers. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities like the free Wi-Fi and welcome drink. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views of the city and plenty of towels and water bottles available.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to friends - it was a great spot to stay and we had a wonderful time.

Fantastic location! We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wine and cheese reception in the lobby. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. We also enjoyed our treatments at the spa. we had a lovely stay at Eldorado Hotel And Spa.

Swimming and jacuzzi on the hotel roof, comfortable beds with soft sheets and pillows, excellent food and service at Aguava restaurant, attentive valets.
