I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, in the heart of a great area with surrounding stores close by for emergencies. The service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out. The staff, including the new manager, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant buffet offered a delicious continental breakfast, and the dining options were outstanding. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a spa & wellness center. Wi-Fi access was available throughout the hotel, and the 24-hour reception provided convenience and peace of mind. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had a great stay at this venue! The location is perfect as there are plenty of stores nearby for any emergencies and it is located in a very nice midtown area. The staff from check-in to check-out were very friendly and always willing to help. The manager in particular was great. The room amenities such as air conditioning, sitting area and the flat-screen TV were fantastic. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were really enjoyable to use.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great area.

We had a fantastic stay at Drury Inn & Suites. The hotel provided us with an early check-in even though we were told it wouldn't be possible. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the happy hour special. The service was exceptional and the staff were friendly.

The room was large, comfortable, and well-lit. The breakfast and dinner included were excellent. The location is within walking distance to historic downtown.

Recently stayed at Drury Inn in Flagstaff for our anniversary after a day of hiking. Loved the surprise buffet dinner, 3 free drinks, and friendly staff. The hotel had a great vibe and felt like a big family party. Comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast. Being dog friendly was a bonus, loved seeing happy dogs around. Wish there were more Drury properties in other locations we visit!

Convenient location to nearby campus and friendly staff. Manager frequently interacts with guests. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Complimentary WiFi and parking garage are a plus. Good breakfast and enjoyable happy hour.

Comfortable rooms, ample breakfast options. Pricey but considering all inclusions, it's worth it. $40 pet fee is high but cheaper than boarding. Weather in July was lovely with daily thunderstorms.

I booked this as a birthday gift for my son's stay in Sedona and he was completely blown away by the friendliness of the staff. He said to mention Barb's scones & muffins-amazing breakfast burritos and cookies. She even packed them snacks for their day at the Grand Canyon! Location was a short walk to downtown's restaurants and shops. Fantastic views all around. Comfy bed, spotless room and facility. Definitely a must-stay while in Sedona!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Great location in midtown with plenty of nearby stores in a nice area near NAU. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, with balconies overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious hot and cold options, and even 3 cocktails included in the rate.

No aspect was mentioned that needed improvement.

AC didn't work, wrong reservation check, wet shower, smelly room. Requested early check-in, denied, but got it anyway. Awesome surprise! Free happy hour drinks and snacks, cozy fireplace, free parking, good wifi. Huge room with microwave and fridge. No maid service option, plenty of amenities. Saved our wedding trip. Great breakfast and location.

I especially enjoyed the added bonus of free cocktails and appetizers in the evening, as well as popcorn in the afternoon and soft drinks available 24/7. The hotel's location was very convenient, situated in a nice area near NAU with surrounding stores close by for any emergencies.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory!

As party people, we loved the Happy Hour each evening with 3 free drinks and tasty snacks. The lobby and lounge areas were perfect for hanging out with TVs and popcorn. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast options were creative and satisfying. we highly recommend Drury to others.
