I always return for the cozy stay and warm hospitality. They served me hot drink in the cold once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, bar, restaurant, fitness center, business area. Perfect for my Easter trip.

We stayed for a family trip and loved the well, equipped room with a kitchen and cookware. the short walk to the Riverwalk was convenient. the staff, especially Abby, made check, in easy. the parking garage behind the hotel was only $10 a day. the breakfast had diverse options, and the gym was well, stocked. the rooms were spacious, clean, and felt like home. the polite and friendly service added to our comfortable stay.

Our room at Element was spacious and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we found unexpected hairs in the bathroom. the location was perfect for exploring the Riverwalk. Overall, we recommend this hotel.

Room was stylish and very comfortable with great kitchen facilities. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, we slept very well. the hotel is located in a very convenient area close to many shops and dining options, making it easy to get around. Best of all, the manager kindly comped our first night at the hotel which we appreciated.

they don't seem to have enough tables and the food wasn't very good. our room was not available at the time we requested and we were given a different room without a kitchen which resulted in extra costs for dining.

The hotel's location is incredible, right by the River Walk and downtown area, perfect for exploring. The room decor is modern and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast options are sufficient and there is a self-serve food area. The hotel also offers a kitchen in the room for convenience.
