The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to an MRT station in a quiet area. It is in the heart of the business district, making it convenient for getting to any place you are interested in. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided excellent service, including room service, housekeeping, and a welcome drink.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and I loved the added bonus of having a Handy smartphone to use for free local and international calls. The hotel building itself is stunning, and they even offer TWG tea, which was a delightful touch. The Club level was definitely worth it, with complimentary Perrier and Coconut drinks restocked daily. The bathroom was also very fancy and added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. I highly recommend opting for the Club package when staying here.

The location was perfect, as it was walking distance to various food centers, bars, and public transport. This made it very easy for us to explore the city and visit the major attractions, including Chinatown. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff, in general, were exceptional.

Another highlight of our stay was the rooftop pools, which were both spacious and refreshing. We especially enjoyed the restaurant located between the pools. it was convenient to explore the nearby Tanjong Pagar bars and restaurants during the nighttime.

During my recent stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by Selina and Daryl. They went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had an enjoyable experience. From the moment we checked in, Selina guided us through all the available amenities and even waived off our deposit for in-house food. The room itself was stunning, with a free bottle of wine awaiting us. The liquid buffet and National Day-themed food were delicious, thanks to Daryl's innovative cocktail creations. Selina also helped us swiftly arrange our gym slot. Despite some new staff struggling during checkout, the overall service was outstanding. Although our check-in was delayed, the staff were apologetic and kind. The only minor drawback was the lack of confidence from the new staff during checkout. However, this did not overshadow the great experience we had at Oasia Hotel Downtown. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable staycation.
