The Christmas experience at this hotel was fantastic! the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. the breakfast was delicious and made to order, and the afternoon tea offered a great variety of treats. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance.

Although the hotel had its charm, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the bathroom was on the smaller side and not the most comfortable.

The historic district location allowed us to walk around and take in the beautiful squares and visit places nearby. Our courtyard view room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. We enjoyed the happy hour appetizers and libations in the parlour. The inn had a charming ambiance.

Kevin, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and even surprised us with wine and cheese. The charm of the facility was enchanting, and despite the quiche being cold, the breakfast variety was impressive. The location was exceptional, and the 24/7 front desk service made late check-in a breeze. The room was beautifully decorated, transporting us to another time while still offering modern amenities.
