I loved everything about this place! the room was spacious and had a kitchenette which was super convenient. the staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even helping out when I forgot to pre-pay for parking. The location was perfect, close to the airport and within easy reach of shopping and dining spots. Cons: I recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Embassy Suites provided a secure environment with key, card elevator access. the spacious and elegant rooms featured a comfortable bed and a convenient bedroom, to, living area separation. the property was impeccably clean, demonstrating a modern feel. the exceptionally friendly staff delivered top, notch service, particularly during the fulfilling breakfast buffet with diverse food options. Noteworthy mention to the omelette station lady for her outstanding service quality and to Jeff, the engaging and professional front desk host.

Room cleaning only happened after departure. Breakfast was somewhat dry.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was for our daughter's study abroad trip. the staff, Victor and Victoria, were kind and helpful, providing valuable airport advice. the clean room and included breakfast were great perks. the location was off the busy downtown area but still convenient. Shuttle service and a nearby restaurant made our stay stress-free.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful location. Two facts offered were very delightful, and the key location was perfect for our Christmas vacation. We also enjoyed the advantage of having a nice room with great facilities to stay in.

The service aspect of the stay was lacking, with some of the staff being unhelpful and unresponsive to our needs. we had issues with the in-room amenities and the restaurant, which had delays with food arriving late and costing more than what was advertised.
