This hotel is in a prime location with over 30 stores and various restaurants nearby. The hotel is situated in a heavily populated area with easy access to everything. The room is clean with a decent bathroom and has good customer service. The breakfast is also adequate with a good variety of food options available.

The hotel's AC unit is so noisy that it becomes unbearable to have a peaceful night's sleep.

This hotel is located in a shopping area with everything you need just a few minutes drive away, making it a great choice for those who want to enjoy some shopping or dining out. The rooms with a king bed are very comfortable, with basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave in the suites, which is a handy feature. Additionally, breakfast is included which is always a plus.

There were noisy doors shutting all night which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there was mold in the shower which was not pleasant.

There were a few issues that affected our experience. there was a mix, up with our room type, as we booked a king studio but got a queen double bed instead.

One of my favorite features was the location of the door to the hallway, as it was situated around the corner from the bed, preventing any disturbances from hall traffic or light seeping in. Additionally, the black-out curtains were a great touch, providing complete darkness in the room.

Enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn Tyler. Bathroom was accessible, with a folding seat and grab bars at the right height. Even with wet tiles, I felt safe. Room was clean with a good coffee maker. I had a comfortable experience.
