Positive aspects of my stay: Nicely designed rooms with pleasant bathroom. Comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location near restaurants and waterfront.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. From the large screen TV to the ample storage in the rooms, everything was well thought out and convenient. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to the Old Port area and its fantastic restaurants and bars.

The only downside was the noise in the room.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Portland, within a 10-minute walk to all the bars and right on Fore Street. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a great view of the city. The staff is helpful and attentive, especially during breakfast which offers a variety of options to choose from.

The amenities in the hotel are not up to par. The bathroom facilities are lacking and need improvement to match the quality of the rooms.

As a satisfied traveler, I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Portland for a special overnight. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep and the valet staff were friendly. The location was ideal, within walking distance to everything. The view from the hotel was also impressive. Additionally, the hotel room had nice amenities, including real coffee cups and glasses, a heated bathroom floor, and a fridge. The staff, from the valet to the reservation desk, were all tremendously helpful and kind. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of options for every taste.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with everything in the downtown area within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped room that included a large screen TV, couch, and desk. The staff, especially Alex and a gentleman with glasses and a mustache, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the lounge area was outstanding with attentive bartenders and tasty drinks. The parking situation was convenient, with valet parking available and a nearby parking structure at a lower cost. Plus, there was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, which was perfect for refreshing after a walk.

We stayed in the downtown area, right in the heart of the historic Old Port district. The location was great as we were walking distance from shops, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast was average for a hotel of its kind, but we appreciated the friendly staff.

Our experience was ruined by the paper-thin sheets and terrible pillows that made for an uncomfortable and restless night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming neighborhood. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the harbor and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The value for money was excellent, with basic amenities and well-appointed rooms that were worth every penny. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a delicious spread, with hot and cold options that were a step above the average chain offerings. I especially loved the attention to detail, like the clean and pleasant room on the fourth floor that even had a balcony overlooking the harbor. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in this hotel.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for our honeymoon and they made us feel really special. The staff went above and beyond to arrange flowers and a gift basket in our room before our arrival. They even upgraded us to a top floor room with an amazing view of the water and Old Port. The room was clean, spacious, and luxurious, and the bathroom was fantastic. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay. The location was great, with plenty of eating places nearby, and the staff were all very helpful.

The parking fee was not included in the room rate and was quite pricey. the standards of housekeeping could be improved, as there were some cleanliness issues in the room.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving stay. the hotel staff offered complementary breakfast and evening snack, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was conveniently located near the harbor, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The walls were thin and we could hear the noise from our neighbors. the heating system was a bit loud and woke us up a couple of times during the night.
