The room had a lovely side ocean view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Temperature control was consistent, ensuring a pleasant environment. the heating system was noisy on the first night, which disrupted my sleep. I appreciated the overall cleanliness, though some furniture appeared dated. The indoor pool area was enjoyable, but it needed better maintenance. Access was secure, only allowing entry with a room key. While the staff was friendly, housekeeping could have been more responsive. The close proximity to attractions like the Skywheel was a definite plus, making it easy to enjoy local events.

The hotel was really nice with an excellent ocean view. Our suite had a full kitchen which made snacks easy. The check-in was super smooth and the staff was always friendly. The pool area was great with enough chairs and a kids' pool. Plus, the restaurant served delicious food all day.

Exceedingly comfortable mattresses – the best I've encountered in ages. Rooms are spacious, with a fantastic layout and an ideal location right on the beach. The front desk staff is friendly, but they lacked knowledge about nearby attractions like the Market Common. The adjoining oceanfront rooms for my family were a highlight, as was the fantastic breakfast. Valet parking at $25 is acceptable, but the wait upon arrival was frustrating. The elevator situation is problematic; with one down, waits stretched to 20 minutes. I expected more from a Hilton regarding cleanliness and maintenance. The pool needs attention, and the nearby smoking issue wasn't addressed promptly. Improvements in these areas could elevate the experience tremendously.

Plus, the location near the beach is top-notch and the complimentary water at the front desk is a refreshing touch.

I loved staying here because it's just a short walk to the beach and very close to some of Myrtle Beach's best attractions like the SkyWheel and Second Avenue Pier, making it ideal for weekend strolls and discovering new places; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even have oceanfront balconies with stunning views of the fireworks over the water. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, like Starbucks just a few steps away and local favorites like Coco Cabana Island Cantina and Beach Burgers within a short stroll.

I felt like a VIP with my very own private beach thanks to the quieter autumn season. Nightlife was bustling. The oceanfront facilities were top-notch, especially the thrilling water park. Who doesn't love a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean?

I did enjoy the bustling pool area with activities for kids, but there were some maintenance issues that popped up, like a clogged drain in the room. Would I return? Possibly, but I’d hope for better service and upkeep.

The elevators were a nightmare—only four serving 19 floors, and one was out of service. It took forever to get up to my room, especially since it was sweltering inside!
